You will be prompted to select a few suggested goals that you can complete each day. As time goes on these goals can get more challenging and more specific to your recovery journey.
04. REFLECT AND SHARE
Record journal entries that you can either save to your private journal on the app or post it publicly to your support group. Once you’ve completed this step you can read what your friends have written for the day, and continue to connect and share with them.
